Unkabogable Star Vice Ganda deleted his Facebook post about corrupt politicians, and this garnered speculations from netizens
Vice is one of the most successful stars in the Philippines’ entertainment industry nowadays. With his success, blockbuster movies, hit TV shows, and sold-out concerts, as well as several endorsement projects, his monetary value continues to rise.
He was hailed as a top taxpayer just recently. With his diligence in paying his taxes, Vice had a fiery statement against politicians who are not doing their duties right.
Through a Facebook post, Vice Gansa shared a photo of their simple breakfast in London. “Super tipid ako dito sa London kasi ang mahal. Kaya namalengke na lang kami nung first day at nagluto dito sa air bnb. Pangatlong araw na naming iniinit tong natirang adobo,” he shared.
His next statement was a slap for corrupt officials who are using the country’s money for their own gain. “Tapos bigla kong naalala ung milyon milyon kong tax na pinaghahati-hatian ng mga garapal na magnanakaw. Aray koooo!!!!” the comedian-host stressed.
However, just a few moments after this post was shared on Facebook, Vice deleted it. On the other hand, he had a similar post on his Instagram Page, which would just last for 24 hours.
On other social media platforms, netizens shared their speculations on why Vice deleted his Facebook post. A netizen commented that the probability was high that the comedian would throw punches at his friends, who are politicians.
Another netizen commented that Vice Ganda is friends with Kapamilya star Gela Alonte’s family. Based on the article in PEP, the comedian has been spotted several times with Deputy Speaker and former Biñan Mayor Marlyn “Len” Alonte Naguiat, who is the sister of Biñan, Laguna Mayor Angelo “Gel” Alonte, the father of Gela.
The latter has been receiving bashing along with other “nepo-babies” who were allegedly living lavish lifestyles because of corruption.
