Actress Yen Santos has faced various controversies in the entertainment industry, including her past association with businessman and politician Chavit Singson. They have been rumored to have a relationship in the past and share a child.
In a previous article, Yen clarified the alleged love child and revealed that none of those allegations were true. The person they were referring to is her younger brother, who is now 11 years old. She revealed they never had a relationship and they never had a child.
“So, yun talaga yun. Nakikita ko sa TikTok, nagkalat, na malaki na raw yung anak namin. Yes, malaki na siya, he’s eleven years old. Pero hindi po namin yun anak, kapatid ko po siya,” she expressed.
In her new vlog, she featured the businessman, and together, they answered questions and addressed past rumors. They both laughed at the rumors and questions that led up to the most intriguing one about their supposed child together.
“Ano ang comment mo sa mga rumors tungkol sa atin?” Yen asked Chavit, and the latter’s response was, “Palagay ko ikaw lang makakasagot niyan.”
He then went on, shrugging off the rumors, saying people are really just after fishing for the stories they just wanted to believe. The Kapamilya actress once again dispelled the rumors, emphasizing that the politician has been a close family friend for over a decade. She clarified that the child being linked to her is actually her younger sibling, who also happens to be Chavit’s godchild.
It has been many years since these rumors have continued to circulate online. She just felt the need to correct it after all these years, as she wanted to finally put a stop to the fake news.
