Talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz shared his reaction to the shocking revelations of his former talent actress, Liza Soberano.
Liza was featured on Can I Come In? YouTube channel in which she revealed her tough childhood as her parents separated when she was too young, and they were involved in illegal substances.
The actress also revealed that she suffered physical and emotional abuse from her foster mom, who allegedly treated her like a “family dog.”
In the same vlog, Liza Soberano also confirmed her breakup with her former reel and real-life boyfriend Enrique Gil. She also talked about how he entered show business and what she went through being in a loveteam.
In a recent Showbiz Update vlog that Ogie Diaz released, he was asked by his co-host, Mama Loi, if he was aware of Liza’s past. Ogie said that his former talent has told them about it, and he stressed that he is not invalidating her feelings.
The talent manager-vlogger also shared that, as he knew, Liza really wanted to be an actress. It was said that it was her dream to be in the entertainment industry.
Mama Loi mentioned that initially, Liza did not tell Ogie that she and Enrique were already a couple. The talent manager-vlogger said that eventually, Liza admitted the real score between her and Enrique.
Then, Ogie’s co-hosts recalled that years ago, he had already mentioned in the vlog that Liza and Quen were no longer together. With this, they said that Ogie was right after all.
The talent manager-vlogger also stressed that there is no intention to get angry at Liza’s interview because it was her story, as people also have their own stories.
When Mama Loi asked whose name Liza mentioned in the vlog but was bleeped, Ogie Diaz said that he felt that it was not him. “Feeling ko si Tita Jonie, kasi sila talaga ang malapit sa isa’t isa,” he said. On the other hand, Ogie said that Tita Jonie is “mabait” and they still communicate with each other.
