However, based on a recent report on ABS-CBN News, Vice Pres. Sara Duterte denied traveling to Kuwait without a travel authority. According to her, it is allegedly a “political scapegoating” of the Marcos administration to drive away the focus of the people from the archiving of the impeachment case against her.

“There’s no truth at all na I went to Kuwait without a travel authority,” the Vice President said.

Furthermore, Duterte reminded the Palace not to spread fake news and misinformation. To this, based on the report, Malacañang press officer undersecretary Claire Castro responded.

“Definitely, wala tayong binanggit na siya ay nag-travel sa Kuwait,” Castro said.

Amid the archiving of the impeachment case against her, Vice Pres. Sara Duterte claimed that really wants the evidence of both camps to be presented for everyone.
