Woman Seeks Justice After Being Slapped by Furious Man During Argument
A woman in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental is seeking justice after she was allegedly slapped multiple times by a man during an argument.
The Facebook page K5 News FM Bacolod 103.9 shared a video of a woman who was allegedly slapped by a furious man. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, the woman identified only as “Ann” can be seen crying and filming the man who reportedly attacked her. The confrontation happened on Ylac Street in Barangay Villamonte. Ann claimed that she and a friend were just having coffee when the man suddenly confronted her and started slapping her for unclear reasons.
During the heated confrontation, a woman tried to step in and stop the commotion, but the man didn’t seem to calm down. The tension between Ann and the man only escalated further, and they continued arguing heatedly in public.
According to the man, he had just parked his vehicle near a roadside vendor to get coffee. As he was getting out of his car, he claimed the woman already gave him an unfriendly attitude. He also said she called him arrogant, which led to the confrontation.
The man added that he did not slap her, but only knocked away a folder she was holding insisting that the sound in the video was from that.
Ann, however, insisted it was more than just the folder. She felt the man’s hand hit her and said he almost hit her with a bottle too. The situation left her shaken and emotional, especially after being hurt in front of many people.
