Man Quickly Left Bakery After Paying w/ Fake Money
COUNTERFEIT PAPER BILL – A man was caught on camera quickly leaving a bakery after paying for bread using fake money.
Recently, the Facebook page ‘Viral na, Trending pa’ shared a video of a man who quickly fled after paying with fake money at a bakery. The post received various reactions from the online community.
In the video, the man is seen approaching the bakery to buy some bread. The store staff welcomed him and handed him the bread he wanted. The man then gave a P100 bill to pay. At first, the cashier accepted the money but soon noticed something strange about it.

Upon taking a closer look, she realized the bill was fake. Before she could say anything, the man had already walked away and disappeared from the scene. The staff didn’t run after him and chose to let it go.
The store attendant assumed the man might be going through something, possibly hunger or mental challenges, which could explain why he tried to use fake money just to buy food.
The woman was surprised on how the fake bill looked. It wasn’t simple play money but appeared to be handmade. It was drawn and colored in an effort to make it look like a real P100 bill.
Many online users expressed sympathy for the bakery staff who lost money, while others showed concern for the man, believing he may have been in a desperate situation. Some even said the incident shows how hard life can be for some people.
“Baka sa sobrang gutom nya gumawa nalang sya ng paraan kaysa iba gawin nya, pero mali pa rin ang ginawa nya,” the page commented.
