Andi Eigenmann Passes Luxury Bag To Ellie That Has This Touching Story Behind

In a post, Andi Eigenmann shares the story of this luxury bag.

Siargao-based actress-vlogger Andi Eigenmann passes down this bag to her eldest, and this is the sentimental story behind the item.

Many can surely relate to how material things hold sentimental value. They may not be valuable in a monetary sense, but they hold emotional significance because of the memories, people, or moments that they represent.

Recently, in a post, Siargao-based actress-vlogger Andi Eigenmann shared a story about the bag she bought for herself from her “Agua Bendita” earnings. She had once let go of it, but somehow, it has found its way back to her.

In 2018, Andi sold her belongings, including her car and some luxury items. It was her way to fully embrace a simple life away from showbiz on Siargao Island. She let go of the things she found useless in island life.

“I don’t own cars, I don’t own any designer clothes at bags. Lahat nang pang-artistang ‘yan, make-up, lahat ‘yan wala na. Kahit mga kasama sa bahay, yaya, driver lahat ‘yan wala na,” she shared before.

One of the things she sold was her Balenciaga Motorcycle City Bag in black with gold hardware. According to the brand’s website, the bag costs around $3,400 in large size. But more than its monetary value, it holds a core memory not only for her but her late mother, Jaclyn Jose.

According to her, she sold the bag but her “nanay” secretly bought it from her. It was the first bag she bought using her earnings from doing “Agua Bendita” in 2010. She felt it would be of no use to her being on the island, but the managed to be with her again and recently, she just passed it down to her eldest, Ellie.

“I thought I had sold it with every other luxury item that had no use for me in Siargao, but my nanay was the one who secretly bought it back and now it’s passed on to my not-so-little lady,” she added.
