Shuvee Etrata Opens Up About Self-Discovery During Her PBB Journey

Shuvee Etrata Discovers a New Side of Herself Inside the PBB House

SHUVEE ETRATA – Internet personality Shuvee shared that her experience in PBB taught her how to connect, compromise, and accept love.

During her stint in the Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition, Shuvee Etrata experienced a meaningful personal breakthrough. Referred to as the “Island Ate ng Cebu,” she spoke about her emotional transformation during an interview with Boy Abunda on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda aired Thursday, June 26, where she appeared with her partner in the show, Klarisse De Guzman.

In the conversation, Shuvee revealed something deeply personal. “Kaya ko po pala magmahal,” she said. “With all the trauma that I’ve experienced, Tito Boy, parang naramdaman ko po na mataas ‘yung walls ko.”

Her time inside the PBB house helped her confront those emotional walls. Shuvee shared that she learned to compromise, be sensitive to others, and relate better to her housemates—important lessons that contributed to her emotional growth and her ability to receive affection from others, something she had previously struggled with due to past emotional wounds.

Boy Abunda also inquired about the current state of her romantic life. Fans might recall that Anthony Constantino, who is also part of the Sparkle talent agency, was the one who picked her and Klarisse up after their eviction from the PBB house. Interestingly, Shuvee revealed that Anthony had already started courting her even before she joined the show.

Now that she’s out of the house, Boy asked directly, “Pero ngayon na nakalabas na kayo ng bahay, deretsahang tanong, kayo na ba o hindi?”

To this, Shuvee replied, “Hindi pa po.”

When asked to rank the status of their relationship on a scale of one to ten, she responded, “Siguro mga seven, six. Sige, seven. I’m really grateful for him, Tito Boy. [He’s] super nice, super nice. He was there before nag-PBB po ako.”

As for whether Anthony has already confessed his love, Boy asked if he had said “I love you.” Shuvee admitted he hadn’t and explained that it was still too soon for that. Her honesty reflects an ongoing path toward healing—and possibly the start of a deeper relationship.
