“Hair salon ruined my hair.
You probably shocked by the photos.
I wanted to show you a pretty side of me again, so after my tour, I came back to Korea and tried to surprise you all by going blonde Soda again after 3 years.
I got my hair bleached at my usual salon. My hair was originally thick, full, and in healthy condition from taking a 3-year break from bleaching and consistent care. But they left the bleach on for too long, and my hair melted from the roots. In the end, I had to shave the entire back and sides of my head.
Many people who saw me at events and shows were very shocked. I was also very surprised and sad. My hair kept falling out in big handfuls every day. I was so upset that I couldn’t sleep for 2 weeks and cried almost every day.
It’s really hard for me to look in the mirror. When I see videos fans took of me, I feel even more heartbroken.
And it’s not over yet… My hair is still falling out more. Most of it is only about 3mm long now, so I can’t even get hair extensions. It will take over 2 years for my hair to grow back. Now I try to cover the bald parts with the little hair I have left. It makes me feel very lost and very sad every day.
