Content Creator Shares Disturbing Story About “Tung Tung Tung Sahur”

A female content creator warned her fellow parents about their kids who are watching “Tung Tung Tung Sahur.”

Recently, Agapi Krizzalyn, a Facebook user, shared a chilling story online, warning fellow parents to watch what their children are viewing, especially videos featuring a character called “Tung Tung Tung Sahur.”

Krizzalyn posted about her experience after noticing strange changes in her 7-year-old child’s behavior. It all started when her child became obsessed with short videos of a strange animated character popular on TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

Tung Tung Tung Sahur

At first, it seemed harmless and just another silly cartoon. But soon, things started to feel off. Her child began waking up at exactly 3:17 AM without an alarm and would stare quietly at the window.

The child claimed to have heard “Sahur” telling them to wake up. Concerned, Agapi checked the videos herself. One clip turned disturbing. Around 17 seconds in, the screen glitched, and a creepy face flashed on screen unlike any animation. That video was deleted soon after.

Agapi found her child in the middle of the night, asleep but hitting the bedroom wall with a toy bat, repeating the words “Tung tung tung… sahur…” over and over. The next day, the child cried and said “Ayaw na daw ni Sahur na hindi ako sumama. Kasi naririnig na niya ako gabi-gabi.”

Agapi removed her child’s screen time, which helped. However, the phrase continued to be whispered during sleep or play. When asked why, the child said it was to remember “Yung kahoy na tao. Yung hindi marunong pumikit.”

After researching, Agapi found other parents had similar stories. Deleted posts and old threads described kids behaving strangely after watching the same character, waking up at 3:17 AM or harming walls.

She reminds parents to stay alert. Not everything that looks funny or innocent online is truly safe.
