Marjorie Barretto shared this recent post featuring the ex of her ex-husband
Former actress Marjorie Barretto spent time with Linda Marie Gorton, the ex-partner of her ex-husband actor Dennis Padilla.
It is an open book in the entertainment industry about the conflict that happened between Marjorie and Dennis, as well as the actor’s relationship with their children, Julia, Claudia, and Leon Barretto.
Dennis has been very vocal on social media about his desire to reconnect with his children with Marjorie and sometimes, he would even share controversial posts as he would air his dismay and disappointment for not having the attention he wants from the grown-up kids.
The most recent issue they had was when Dennis Padilla ranted on social media about being a guest at Claudia Barretto’s wedding and not being considered the father of the bride.
Marjorie Barretto fired back at her ex-husband. In an interview, she debunked all the “lies” that Dennis said and even slammed his brother Gene Padilla for intervening even though he was not invited to the wedding.
Over a month after that controversy happened, Marjorie shared a photo with Linda Marie Gorton on her Instagram page.
Linda caught the attention of the online community back in 2004 when she belied Dennis’s claim that he was giving financial support to their kids and that they had a good co-parenting setup.
Marjorie shared a recent photo with Linda Marie. They celebrated the latter’s birthday.
“Happy Birthday to my beautiful friend Linda. It’s been wonderful getting to know you. Our late night 2 hour FaceTime calls are never enough. Can’t wait to see you end of May. Let’s celebrate our birthdays together!” Marjorie wrote in the caption of her post.
Leon Barretto also greeted Linda in the comment section. Linda also showed appreciation to Marjorie. “This is so sweet of you Marj [red heart emoji]. True, we always have a good laugh and meaningful conversations. Thank you for being so kind and thoughtful. Hugs and kisses to you and the kids. And yes, let’s celebrate soon,” Dennis Padilla’s ex-partner said.
