Woman Develops Gallstones After Eating Too Much Greasy Food

Woman Who Loves Eating Greasy and Processed Food Develops Gallstones

A woman who loved eating greasy and processed food ended up in the hospital after suffering from severe stomach pain.

Genesis Ann Yabes was rushed to the emergency room, crying and groaning in pain, not knowing what was causing her discomfort. After undergoing an ultrasound and lab tests, doctors discovered that she had gallstones.

Yabes shared that she often enjoyed eating fatty foods like tocino and other oily dishes. One day, she suddenly felt a sharp pain in her right side, just below her ribs. It became so painful that even breathing was difficult.

The woman also felt bloated and uncomfortable. The pain was intense, like being stabbed, and it made her rush to seek medical help.

Doctors found a gallstone inside her gallbladder, about the size of a 25-centavo coin. Because of its size, medicine alone could not treat it, and surgery might be needed to remove it. She was shocked to learn that her eating habits might have caused the problem and admitted that she never expected her food choices to lead to something this serious.

Health experts say that not all people who love greasy food will develop gallstones, and not everyone with gallstones eats oily food. However, a high-fat diet can increase the risk, especially if combined with other health factors like lack of exercise or poor digestion.

For now, the woman’s pain has eased, but she is being more careful with what she eats. She has decided to avoid oily and fatty foods and is now watching her diet closely to prevent the problem from getting worse.
