The Pambansang Marites featured Isko Moreno and Sam Verzosa in a Facebook post
Manila mayoral candidates Isko Moreno and Sam Verzosa were the subjects of social media personality Xian Gaza’s recent post.
Isko served as the mayor of Manila from 2019 to 2022. He did not seek reelection. Instead, he ran for president but unfortunately, he did not win. In the 2025 elections, the actor-politician decided to return to the local political scene and filed his certificate of candidacy for Manila mayor.
With this, he is fighting against businessman-politician Sam Verzosa whose first political stint was being the representative of the Tutok To Win Party-list. Sam grew up in Manila just like Isko.
They are the opponents of incumbent Manila Mayor Honey Lacuña, who was Isko’s running partner in 2019. Isko Moreno and Sam Verzosa are the subjects of the recent Facebook post that Xian Gaza shared, with a slight mention of Mayor Honey.
In his post, the self-proclaimed Pambansang Marites said that the rumor about Isko was that he sold the properties of the city during his administration, which reached the amount of 65 billion pesos. Xian shared that the justification that Isko had was that the money was used for pandemic assistance for the people of Manila.

Then, he mentioned that the voters of Sam and Mayor Honey are worried that Isko will do the same thing if he is elected Manila Mayor again.
After his intriguing statement about Isko, Xian proceeded with another intriguing revelation about Sam, who is the current boyfriend of Kapuso actress Rhian Ramos.
“Ang tsismis naman kay Sam Verzosa ay babaero daw ito at mahilig sa 3Sam. Mas okay na kaysa corrupt,” Xian said, adding that Isko and Sam are strong opponents of Mayor Honey.
Then, Xian Gaza slightly mentioned the incumbent Manila Mayor. “Top 3 lang si Honey kasi wala daw nagawa under her term. Magkakaalaman sa Lunes kung ibabalik ba nila si Yorme o bago naman 3Sam King for Manila City,” he said.
