Sam Verzosa has this statement for the people of Manila
Businessman-politician Sam Verzosa reacted to the rumors that his wealth diminished greatly because of his campaign expenses.
Sam is one of the people behind the company Frontrow. In several instances, the boyfriend of Kapuso actress Rhian Ramos has shown his riches. He was featured in vlogs and other forms of interviews showing how he improved his financial status through his hard work and perseverance.
Sam crossed over to the political arena when he became the representative of the Tutok To Win Party-list. In the 2025 elections, the businessman-politician decided to run for mayor of Manila.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Bandera, Sam Verzosa was asked about the rumor that his wealth was “nasaid” because of the expenses for his campaign.
“Hindi naman, pero nabawasan. Siyempre naman ang daming humihingi ng tulong, talagang mababawasan,” he said.
Sam stressed that this was the reason why he needed to work hard and continue with his businesses. Just recently, they launched Frontrow International with new products and it has been receiving positive feedback.
The businessman-politician also said that he has to do things to sustain the other things he is doing. “Alam mo, kapag natikman mo ang success, madali lang i-repeat yan. You know what it takes e, discipline, focus, creativity, consistency, hard work, lahat yan normal na sa akin,” he explained.
He also said that he will still be able to do what he has done before in order to achieve success and to help other people.
“So yung mga tsismis na…kasi naniwala sila sa campaign namin, di ba pinasakay natin kunwari na titigil namin yung pagbebenta? Sinakyan naman nung mga kalaban natin na nagsara yung kumpanya, e sumakay lang naman sila sa…it’s just a marketing strategy,” he said about their announcement to stop the production of their most popular product but eventually, they rebranded it.
He also said that his venture into the local politics in Manila is just a “limited offer.” The businessman-politician said that he has been helping other people since 2009. “Minsan lang po ako tatakbo sa Maynila, sana wag n’yo pong sayangin,” he stressed.
Based on recent surveys, former Manila Mayor Isko Moreno is leading and Sam Verzosa is in number two.
