Unkabogable Star Vice Ganda officially endorsed the senatorial candidacy of prominent political figure Kiko Pangilinan, and he shared this campaign video.
Vice is an in-demand endorser of various brands. His movies are blockbuster hits and he is among the most followed celebrities in the Philippines. With his popularity, brands and companies are trusting his influence to the masses.
When it comes to endorsing politicians or parties, Vice is also one of the most sought-after endorsers. Previously, he already expressed support for the Angkasangga Party-list.
In a recent Facebook Reel, Vice Ganda shared a video showing that several candidate profiles were shown to him. The first ones did not impress him until he found the right candidate for him.
Then, the It’s Showtime host showed what was written in there. It was about Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan” and his background as a public servant. “Di pwedeng mawala sa Top 12 ang TAPAT at TOTOO,” Vice wrote in the caption of his post. The comedian-host gave the aspiring senator a thumbs-up. Last March, he already expressed support for Pangilinan.
In the comment section of his post, many of Vice’s social media followers agreed with this campaign as they also expressed support for Pangilinan’s senatorial candidacy. However, there were those who vocally opposed this endorsement from the Kapamilya star.
To recall, this was not Vice’s first time to show support for the husband of Megastar Sharon Cuneta. The comedian-host also endorsed Pangilinan in 2022 when he ran for vice president with his running mate former Vice President Leni Robredo.
Aside from Vice Ganda, actress Maja Salvador also expressed support for Kiko Pangilinan.
Meanwhile, during the Lenten season, the senatorial aspirant, who already served several terms as a senator, shared his prayer for the Philippines.
