Marriage is not for everyone, and it seems this applies to ABS-CBN artist and OPM icon Zsa Zsa Padilla and her partner, Conrad Onglao. They have been together for many years now and are living under the same roof.
According to Padilla, her partner is now in the government as chairman of the Professional Regulatory Board of Architecture. He was appointed last February, and she added that he is pursuing his higher calling for service.
She, on the other hand, is also doing her purpose in life. She doesn’t know how much time is left for her, but she is certain that what she wants to do is to sing for as long as she can.
They have been together for over 11 years now and have settled, but marrying each other is out of their narrative. They have talked about this matter already, and they are pretty good with their situation.
“Because we also have, you know, when you discuss marriage kasi, it’s really putting everything together, your assets, whatever. So, that kinda gets in the way because, we’ve already established ourselves before we met each other,” she shared.
Currently, they are building a new home. Her partner is a builder, and they have a lot of plans for when they retire. And their focus for now is on how something can generate money for them.
In their relationship, jealousy has never become a subject of their misunderstanding. She shared that what comes with being a senior is the security. Moreover, their priority is to get old together and do things together, such as working out, traveling, and being healthy.
