Veteran drama actress and singer Zsa Zsa Padilla finally breaks her silence on the issue of her recent break up with former boyfriend Conrad Onglao after the actress called off her engagement with her long-time boyfriend. In an interview with ABS-CBN, she revealed that right now she is in the process of “healing.”
The 51-year-old Zsa Zsa Padilla was quoted as saying “I’m healing. I’m very blessed that I have my family with me and the good support of my friends. It’s all I need I guess,” she said.
According to the singer-actress she also learned many life lessons from her failed relationship with architect Conrad Onglao who was supposed to be her husband in the future but their engagement was called off for some reasons.
The actress did not release any statement giving details to the main reasons why she decided to call off her engagement with Onglao but noted that one of her friend told her that even though they were at their early 50’s life lessons never stop and she hopes not to commit the same mistakes again.
When asked by some entertainment reporters about these lessons, Padilla just said: “Of course to love yourself, and to also remember that your family got your back, and also, to keep your private life private.” she stated.
Aside from finally speaking up on the issue involving her romantic relationships, Zsa Zsa Padilla thanked her supporters for all the encouraging words they are sending her way. She stated: “Thank you so much for all your positive messages and of course pasensya na dahil sa edad ko, talagang nagkakamali pa rin tayo sa buhay. Kaya talaga tayo nandito para mabuhay is to learn. It’s a never-ending process. Life is good and God is good. I’m so blessed that he’s been really good so I’m thankful,” she said.
Last March 2016, the actress revealed that she was planning her wedding with Conrad Ongrad later this year and at that time she wants an intimate wedding ceremony. The singer-actress boyfriend, architect Conrad Onglao proposed to Zsa Zsa in August 2015, the two have been a couple for more than two years.
