Pharmacist Board Exam Result April 2025 Just Released

Here’s the Pharmacist Board Exam Result April 2025 released by the PRC.

PHARMACIST BOARD EXAM April 2025 – The full result from PRC included the full list of passers, top 10 passers, and top-performing schools.

As announced by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), 1,150 out of 1,907 examinees passed the Pharmacist Board Exam April 2025 or the April 2025 Pharmacist Licensure Exam (PHLE). The full result was released after two working days since the last day of the examination was held.

PRC Board of Pharmacy, led by OIC, Hon. Anthony Aldrin C. Santiago, and its members, Dr. Mildred B. Oliveros and Dr. Adelina C. Royo conducted the licensure examinations on April 10-11, 2025. 

The examination was held at testing centers in Metro Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

Registration

The registration for the newly passed examinees will start on June 2, 2025, for the issuance of a Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration, which will be done online through www.prc.gov.ph.

Requirements

• downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
• notice of admission (for identification only)
• 2 pieces passport-sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
• 2 sets of documentary stamps
• 1 piece short brown envelope

Oathtaking

The date and venue for the newly passed pharmacists are yet to be announced.
