The northeasterly wind flow will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies over Batanes and Babuyan.

The easterlies will bring similar weather conditions over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

The weather agency has advised the residents in the affected areas to take precautionary measures for possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Meanwhile, the coastal water condition over Extreme Northern Luzon will be moderate to rough. The remaining parts of the country will have slight to moderate surrounding sea conditions.

No gale warning was raised over any of the country’s seaboard, according to PAGASA.
