In the video, a Move It rider and his passenger can be seen having a disagreement. The issue started when the passenger booked a ride without informing the rider that he would be carrying a large and heavy item.

When the rider arrived and saw the 25kg sack of rice, he asked for an additional fee to cover the extra weight.

The passenger, however, insisted that he shouldn’t have to pay more. The rider became frustrated, saying that the booking didn’t mention any heavy cargo and that carrying such weight was not part of the agreed service. The two went back and forth, with neither side willing to give in.

Their argument lasted several minutes. The rider eventually asked the passenger to at least cover the fuel cost he used to reach the pickup point, especially since he wasn’t going to take the ride anymore. Still, the passenger refused to pay anything.

The incident garnered various reactions from the internet users. Some supported the rider, saying he had a right to ask for extra payment due to the excess weight.
