Mark Leviste shared a glimpse of what he and Kris Aquino had
Batangas Vice Governor Mark Leviste spoke about his son Ronin Leviste’s visit to celebrity Kris Aquino.
It is known to many showbiz fans that Kris and Mark had an on-and-off relationship. The politician would spend time with Kris and her sons in the US while she was staying there for her medical treatments.
Several times, Kris talked about her relationship with Mark in her social media posts. Mark was also very vocal about his affection for Kris when they were together.
However, Mark Leviste and Kris Aquino’s relationship officially ended. Eventually, the celebrity confirmed her new relationship with Dr. Mike Padlan. However, Kris made a shocking statement in her Instagram post last week.
She stated that her relationship with the doctor ended because “he did not love her.” Kris also said that the doctor has been saying unnecessary things to her friends and other people. However, the doctor’s son debunked Kris’s claims.
Just recently, Mark’s son paid Kris a visit. Apparently, the bond between Kris and Ronin is still there even though the celebrity has already broken up with the politician.
Philstar entertainment columnist Dolly Anne Carvajal shared Mark’s reaction to his son’s initiative to visit Kris.
He said that when he and Kris were together, it was easy for him to love the celebrity because he was willing to do what she wanted him to do. Mark did everything Kris asked for because she was already going through a difficult time. “I felt both the passion and compassion to take care of her,” Mark said.
He did not want to be a burden to Kris, and this was the reason why he got along well with the Aquino family and the celebrity’s friends.
“My GF Aira and I didn’t talk about Ronin’s post — we don’t need to. My kids are already adults and can make their own decisions, so I don’t interfere with whom they choose to see or where they go,” the Batangas Vice Governor shared.
Mark is also happy that his children know the value of friendship and they respect relationships, whether it is in the past or present. He hopes that his son’s visit made Kris happy.
“I also pray for her immediate recovery so she can spend more quality time with her family and friends, and make a comeback in showbiz, as her fans truly miss her on TV. All is well,” the politician pointed out.
Mark Leviste also shared that his son visited Kris Aquino while he got to spend time with the celebrity’s son Josh at a wedding reception.
