Vice Pres. Sara Duterte Warns Dad Rodrigo amid Desire To Return to PH
SARA DUTERTE – The Vice President revealed that former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte wants to go home to the Philippines.
Currently, the supporters of former Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte are calling on the government and the Supreme Court to order the return of the former President to the Philippines. He was arrested last March 11 in Manila and was sent to The Hague, Netherlands via Dubai on the same day of his arrest.
Duterte is faced with an arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC). Despite the accusations, former Pres. Duterte is confident that there is “no case” to answer at the ICC. He is now under a regular detention after he was released from the hospital wing of the ICC detention facility in The Hague.
According to Vice Pres. Sara Duterte, former Pres. Duterte “feels better now” and the doctors and nurses at the detention facility are taking good care of him. He is also served rice on top of the Dutch foods as he has requested.
Vice Pres. Duterte also revealed that her father wants his personal clothes as well as a supply of his diet Coke. It is no secret to the public that the former President is fond of drinking soda.
Aside from those little requests, Vice Pres. Sara Duterte revealed that former Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte wants to go home to the Philippines. Based on a report on Manila Bulletin, she made the revelation during a speech at the meet-and-greet event with the Duterte supporters at the Het Malieveld Park in The Hague, Netherlands.
According to Vice Pres. Sara Duterte, she told former Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte that he will have a similar fate with the late former Senator Ninoy Aquino Jr. if he will insist on going home to the Philippines. The late former Senator was a staunch critic of the Marcos administration. He was shot upon his arrival in the Philippines from a three-year exile in the United States in August 1983.
“At ‘yon ang gusto niya, gusto niyang umuwi. Sinabi ko din sa kanya yon, ‘Pa, sabi ko ‘yung kagustuhan mo na umuwi, iyan din ‘yung katapusan ng buhay mo, magiging Ninoy Aquino Jr. ka,” Vice Pres. Duterte said referring to her statement to FPRRD.
The camp of Duterte awaits the confirmation of the charges against him which is set on September 23. Amid his detention, Senator Robin Padilla requested to visit Duterte to ask about the plans of their political party amid the election season.

This woman really has nothing good to say anymore just to get attention… Aquino was sacrificed by his own greedy and power hungry allies just to destroy then Pres. Marcos Sr. and later on grab power. Hmmm will they do the same and hope it gets similar outcome.. Just saying…
