Woman Carrying Machete Causes Commotion Inside School Campus
A woman carrying a machete stormed into a classroom has caused panic among students and teachers at a school in Negros Oriental
Recently, the Facebook page Boss Kitong shared a video of a woman carrying a machete, which caused fear among students.The post quickly went viral and sparked various reactions from netizens.
In the video, the woman can be seen aggressively trying to enter the classroom while students desperately held the door shut. Some students were in tears, while others panicked, unsure of what to do.
The teacher inside the room tried to calm the woman down, but she refused to listen. Determined to get inside, she shouted at the students and repeatedly struck the door with the machete.
Fearing for their safety, some students started stacking chairs and desks against the entrance to block her from coming in.
Teachers immediately called the barangay officials for help. Authorities arrived shortly after and managed to restrain the woman. It was later discovered that she had a history of mental health issues.
According to school officials, this was not the first time the the mentally incapacitated woman had entered the premises. Since the school had no gate, anyone could walk in freely, posing a security risk.
In response to the frightening event, the school administration recommended stress debriefing sessions for the affected students to help them recover from the traumatic experience.
