Vice Ganda had a strong statement about education
Unkabogable Star Vice Ganda shared his strong opinion about the enemy of education in a recent episode of It’s Showtime.
Vice is one of the most influential celebrities in the Philippine entertainment industry in this generation. Many younger artists and viewers look up to him for his achievements despite the struggles in his life.
The comedian-host is known for being generous in sharing his thoughts about anything under the sun, especially if it inspires others.

In a recent episode of the Kapamilya noontime show, Vice Ganda shared his thoughts on the real enemy of education, based on the article in Balita. He pointed out that many people believe that ignorance is the enemy of being educated.
However, Vice stressed, “Ang kalaban daw ng edukasyon ay hindi naman kamangmangan. Ang kalaban ng edukasyon ay yung paniniwala mo na alam mo, pero ang totoo, hindi mo alam.”
For him, it is alarming that a person believes in something that this is the truth but in reality it is not. He said that nowadays, many people believe that they know the truth and cling to that, and believe that this is their power.
Vice also stressed that having education is not enough because there might be a possibility that what you learned is not factual. With this, he said that they are fighting for fake news because this is the true enemy of education, as some people believe in this.

Meanwhile, Vice Ganda caught the attention of the online community early this month because of what he said regarding an It’s Showtime contestant who had no idea about the COMELEC (Commission on Elections). The comedian-host said that it was “bothersome” because the contestant is already of the right age to vote. This opened an opportunity for the contestant to be educated through a guided tour at the office of the agency.
