Pres. Bongbong Marcos Endorses Alyansa Senatorial Bets in Bicol
BONGBONG MARCOS – The President tagged the senatorial slate of Alyansa Para Sa Bagong Pilipinas a “dream team”.
The May 2025 Elections is fast approaching and several known personalities in the Philippine political arena are not only voting for their allies but endorsing them as well. Several political parties have their own set of senatorial bets.
Many political parties also merged and formed an alliance, the Alyansa Para Sa Pagbabago. Pres. Bongbong Marcos leads the endorsement of the senatorial bets of the alliance which he previously boasted that all have an experience in public service.
Presidential sister and Sen. Imee Marcos is included in Marcos Jr.’s senatorial slate but the Senator who is seeking for re-election previously expressed withdrawal from the slate. According to her, she wants to be friends with everyone. She also stressed that she does not want to put her brother in a confusing situation.
Pres. Bongbong Marcos was present in some campaign sorties of the Alyansa Para Sa Pagbabago. Previoulsy, Pres. Marcos even expressed his gladness claiming that the supporters of the Alyansa are not keyboard warriors but real people.

- Makati City Mayor Abby Binay
- Senator Pia Cayetano
- Sen. Lito Lapid
- Sen. Francis Tolentino
- Senator Ramon ”Bong” Revilla Jr.
- former Sen. Manny Pacquiao
- former Senator Panfilo Lacson
- former Senator Vicente Sotto III,
- Deputy Speaker Camille Villar
- former Social Welfare and Development Secretary Erwin Tulfo
“Ngayong laganap na naman ang fake news at disinformation, dapat extra ingat tayo sa mga nababasa natin online,” the President previously said at a campaign rally.
Recently, Pres. Bongbong Marcos was also present at the campaign rally of the Alyansa in Bicol region, the bailiwick of Vice Pres. Leni Robredo who also campaigned for the Liberal Party’s bets in Iloilo.
Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, at the campaign rally, Pres. Bongbong Marcos took pride as he tagged the alliance’s senatorial bets as the “dream team”. He stressed that each senatorial bet of the Alyansa is a quality candidate for senator.
“Iyan po ay kaya naman at isa-isa ay sasabihin natin madaling sabihin de-kalidad po itong ating mga kandidato. ‘Pag pinagsama mo eh halos ito na ‘yung dream team kung tatawagin – para sa politika, ito na ‘yung dream team para sa Senado,” the President said.
Pres. Marcos also stressed that their unity in the alliance is due to a common cause which is to improve, to help, and to serve the public. Based on the report, the Chief Executive expressed that he will be the luckiest president if all the senatorial bets of the alliance will secure a seat in the Senate.
“Kung ‘yan ang mga kasamahan ko napakarami po nating magagawa, napakarami po kayong mararamdaman na benepisyo na galing sa national government,” he said.
Previously, Pres. Bongbong Marcos advised the voters to avoid candidates who are “all talk”. He stressed that they should go for candidates who are all action.
