Female Customer Slams Bacolod Seafood Restaurant After Their Team Suffered From Alleged Food Poisoning
A female customer lambasted a seafood restaurant in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, over an alleged case of food poisoning.
Recently, Annlyn Ibanez, a Facebook user, claimed that she and her team suffered from food poisoning after dining at a seafood restaurant in Bacolod City. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.
On Sunday, March 2, 2025, Annlyn and her teammates visited Rojos Floating Bar and Seafood Restaurant (Pahanocoy Branch) to celebrate their time together before parting ways. At first, everything went well, and they enjoyed the unlimited breakfast buffet.
Unfortunately, many of them began experiencing severe stomach pain, vomiting, and diarrhea. Some of them were unable to continue their work shift due to their worsening condition.
Ibanez shared that some of her teammates had to rest because of discomfort, while others struggled through their shift, frequently running to the restroom. The pain and nausea were unbearable, making it difficult for them to function properly.
Desperate for a solution, she reached out to the restaurant through social media, but to her dismay, they received no response.
Annlyn also mentioned that one of her teammates had sent a message to the restaurant earlier, informing them about their condition. However, instead of addressing the concern, the restaurant allegedly ignored the message and even blocked them.
The lack of response angered Annlyn, especially since she feared that other customers, including children, might also experience the same problem.
The female customer demanded accountability from the restaurant. She insists that the establishment must take full responsibility on the incident.
