According to the mother, her child, a Grade 1 student, consistently performed well in school. Back when they lived in Mandaluyong, her child would always rank among the top students from daycare up to Grade 1.
However, after transferring to a new school, she noticed a change—not in her child’s performance, but in the grades given.
She posted a photo of her child’s report card, pointing out that the grades remained the same from the first grading period up to the third. This made her wonder if the teacher actually computed the scores or simply copied the same grades throughout the year.
What confused her more was that her child continued to excel in exams, yet this wasn’t reflected in the grades.
Trying to get answers, the mother attempted to reach out to the teacher but received no response. She also recalled checking her child’s test papers and noticed that some correct answers were marked as wrong. When she messaged the teacher about this, she was met with silence.

“Good morning mga mima. Nagtataka ako grades ng anak ko. Parang hindi nman kinompute ng teacher (pasintabi po sa mga teachers dito). Parang kinopya lang kasi simula 1st grading hanggang 3rd grading. Ang pinagtataka ko din simula s daycare hanggang grade 1 nung nakatira p kami s Mandaluyong laging nangunguna s klase ang anak ko. Nung lumipat kmi ng bahay at itansfer ng school. Ganyan n mga grades nya pero matatas nman ang mga exams nya. Hindi ko alam san nakuha ng teacher ang ganyang grades.”
