In her post, Jenkins detailed how she juggled multiple responsibilities to support her youngest child, who attends a private school. Lalaine personally shoulders the tuition fees, daily allowance, and transportation costs for her child, ensuring they don’t have to walk to and from school.
Lalaine also provides for her extended family, covering food expenses, milk, coffee, and other household essentials.
To make ends meet, Lalaine relies on her careful budgeting. She even pays a relative to wash and iron her child’s school uniforms so the child doesn’t need to worry about chores. Despite her busy life, she opens her home to family members who might need a meal, emphasizing that she has never been stingy with food.
However, the mom admitted that this February, she had to ask a family member to help cover some utility bills. While she still pays for their monthly internet, her finances are stretched thin due to additional expenses for their new home in the United States.

“Private school nag-aaral itong bunso namin na ako ang nagbabayad, ang baon araw-araw 150 pesos di pa kasama pamasahe jan di ko yan pinaglalakad papasok at pauwi yung anak ko kasabay nyan si Allen na naghahawak ng pamasahe nila..Open ang bahay ko pag gusto nila makain dahil kahit kailan never ako nagdamot sa pagkain,may suporta pang gatas to pag naubusan manghihingi sakin si Papa pambili gatas at kape nila..Ako ang sumasagot ng pagkain nila sa bahay nagpapaluto pa ako sa tyahin ko ng ulam para isahang luto hinahati ko para samin at para sa kanila
