Previously, Romero’s only child was tearful in her eulogy. She remembered the last days she had with her mother and also mentioned some people who helped her get through this difficult time of her life.

However, amid the grief of the family, there was a post circulating online regarding the wealth of the actress to be allegedly left to her family. In the “Last Will and Testament”, her money was accordingly put in eight different time deposits.

It was rumored that her wealth in the bank totaled Php 717.9 million. In the breakdown, 15% will go to her daughter Maritess Gutierrez and another 15% will go to her grandson Chris Gutierrez. Its 40% will go for the building of a high school establishment, and three non-government organization will also have their cut.
