Jericho Rosales talked about Janine Gutierrez as an actress
Kapamilya A-list actor Jericho Rosales shared the characteristics that actress Janine Gutierrez possesses that made him proud of her.
Jericho admitted last August 2024 that he and Janine started dating. Fans began gushing over their chemistry, not just onscreen, but also in real life. In a previous interview, Jericho was asked if Janine is already his girlfriend officially. However, he did not give a direct answer.
The actor just said that he and Janine like each other a lot. In a recent interview for the finale of their series Lavender Fields, based on the article in Inquirer, the actor praised the actress.
Jericho Rosales highlighted the professionalism of the actress and how she values her craft.
“Nakilala ko siya as (I first met her as) an artist. She’s very dedicated and committed to her job. She came from a line of professional actors. Not just professionals, but they’re legends in the industry and she has that discipline,” the A-list actor said.
Jericho also said that even though Janine started her career in the entertainment industry late, her professionalism is infectious. The actress came from a prominent showbiz clan but she prioritized her study first and just entered the industry in her 20s.
Jericho said that when he returned to showbiz, he saw Janine was on fire as she would readily accept the roles given to her. The actor added that even though the actress is so focused on her career, she still has time to be a loving person behind the camera.
He also said that he loves the actress’s personality and that she is a loving older sister, she loves sports and her craft.
“As a person, we really get along. It’s so light. We’re like a team. She’s fun, not just on the set but also offscreen,” Jericho Rosales said. He also shared that he did not anticipate that romance would bloom between him and the actress. It is also a surprise to her that this will be the reason behind his smile.
