ABS-CBN superstar Kathryn Bernardo talks about the massive dream home she built dedicated to her family, especially her parents.
There are mixed emotions in finally having your dream home – overwhelming, fulfilling, and deeply emotional with joy, relief, and pride. There’s this certain sense of accomplishment in achieving this but for actress Kathryn Bernardo, there’s a deeper feeling than achievement and joy.
For Kathryn, it was a dream finally realized.
In an interview with Bianca Gonzales along with Alden Richards, she was asked about what she feels in finally waking up in their dream home. According to her, it was “very fulfilling” as her intention behind it was to build a house for her parents.
It was more than just a dream house for her, it was a dream house she vowed to build for her family.
“Not that they asked me to build that house for them, but it was like a promise to myself na someday, I want to give them their dream house which happened last quarter last year,” the actress said.
It was a different kind of happiness after it was built out of their hard work, blood, sweat, and tears.
Meanwhile, Kathryn’s new house has details and an overlooking view to die for. It speaks of her style and grace. The house is located in Antipolo, Rizal, and previously, she threw a housewarming party attended by her closest friends.
To recall, the construction of her new family home began in August 2021. It has a contemporary design and cool features such as a grand wooden and glass staircase with built-in lighting, an elevator, a curved slide for some touch of fun and playfulness, stunning art pieces and paintings, an infinity pool with a view of the city lights, and an al fresco space perfect for gatherings.
