WALANG PASOK – Several local government units in the country declared class suspensions due to Severe Tropical Storm Kristine.

Severe Tropical Storm Kristine was spotted 125 km West Northwest of Bacnotan, La Union. It has maximum sustained winds of 95 kilometers per hour and gustiness of up to 115. It is moving West northwestward at 25 kph.
