RR Enriquez criticized Diwata
Dancer-content creator RR Enriquez shared a “patutsada” post against Deo Balbuena, popularly known as Diwata.
Diwata rose to fame on social media with his “Pares Overload.” Netizens and food vloggers featured his “paresan.” Mainstream media outlets even interviewed him. He was visited by actor-entrepreneur Marvin Agustin who also has a restaurant business. Diwata was also interviewed by seasoned journalist Korina Sanchez.
Just recently, Diwata shocked many people when he filed his certificate of nomination and acceptance for the Vendors Party-list. He is the fourth nominee of the said party-list group.
This garnered negative reactions online but Diwata received support from his fans. In a recent Facebook post, RR Enriquez, who is a self-proclaimed “sawsawera”, criticized Diwata.
The dancer-content creator shared a video of Diwata doing Zumba. Her caption was, “Dating hindi namamansin… ngayon nagpapa-pansin.” Diwata was accused of ignoring people who wanted to have a photo with him.
RR also shared a video showing that Diwata was reprimanding a man who wanted to take a selfie with him. She wrote in the caption of her post, “Nasigawan ka na ba ng isang diwata.”
Then, she shared another video of Diwata having his karaoke session in a market. RR captioned her post with “Diwata Concert Overload.” As of this writing, Diwata has not reacted yet to the “patutsada” from RR Enriquez.
Last July, Diwata received positive comments from netizens after he provided aid for the victims of Typhoon Carina.
Meanwhile, RR Eriquez had a positive comment on two-time Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo. She said that she can relate to the athlete and the problem he has with his family. As a breadwinner, RR would also ask her family where the money she gave goes but she has no bad intentions.
