LANY Delights Filipino Fans with Surprise Fast Food Crew Appearance in BGC
LANY – American pop-rock band LANY delights Pinoy fans with their surprise fast food crew appearance in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) in Taguig.
Hundreds of fans of the American pop band LANY flocked to a fast-food restaurant in BGC in Taguig this Friday, October 11, 2024. This was after LANY members Paul Klein and Jake Goss surprised everyone by acting as service crew members.
In a video circulating on social media, fans can be seen filling the inside and outside of the Jollibee BGC Triangle Drive branch, eagerly waiting to see LANY up close before their scheduled concert at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan this Saturday, October 12.
Besides serving orders and giving autographs, their visit to Jollibee turned into a pre-concert event as fans sang along to LANY’s hit tracks like “XXL” and “Cause You Have To.” LANY was almost in disbelief at the number of Filipino fans who came to BGC to show their support and love.
On Instagram, LANY uploaded a compilation of video clips from their surprise visit. However, the opposite happened, as it seemed Paul and Jake were the ones surprised by the hundreds of fans who swarmed them.
The caption on LANY’s post read (published as is), “mahal kita sobra! see ya tomorrow [Philippine flag].”
Meanwhile, aside from the Philippine Arena in Bulacan, LANY is also set to bring their “A Beautiful Blur: The World Tour” to the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino on October 13, 14, and 15.
Their last visit to the Philippines was in November 2022, when they held their five-day sold-out concert at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
