Content creator expressed his disappointment after allegedly being given the wrong straw by a coffee shop crew member.
Recently, LJ Castillo, a Facebook user, shared his dissatisfaction with a well-known coffee shop after being handed a straw intended for a frappe instead of his coffee order. The post stirred various reactions from netizens.
In the post, Castillo expressed that he had asked for a regular straw suitable for his coffee. However, the crew member mistakenly gave him a large straw typically used for frappes. This small mix-up seemed to irritate him, and he shared his experience, blaming both the service and attention to detail of the staff.
Castillo’s frustration mainly focused on the idea that such a popular coffee shop should know better when it comes to simple requests like the right straw.
The incident happened during his first visit to a Starbucks branch in General Santos City. Despite enjoying the taste of the coffee, which he rated highly, he was disappointed with the service quality.
