In the video, two girls can be seenengaging in a heated fight at the plaza, pulling each other’s hair and hitting each other. As the altercation continued, another girl suddenly joined in, grabbing the hair of one of the girls in a white shirt.
The girl in white was eventually overpowered and fell to the ground, where several others joined in pulling her hair.
The fight involved seven students, all minors, who were quickly identified. According to the Women and Children Protection Desk of the Leon police, the disagreement started with a misunderstanding among the teenagers, which eventually turned into a confrontation.
After being called in by the police and the Municipal Welfare and Development Office, the girls involved in the incident have since settled the issue. As part of the resolution, they will undergo counseling to help address the situation and prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.
