Xyriel and Andrea started their careers in showbiz as child actresses. From being child actresses, they evolved into teen stars. They were both included in the series Senior High and its sequel High Steet.
Xyriel rose to fame after she was hailed as the third runner-up in Star Circle Quest: Search for the Next Kiddie Idol in 2009. From that, she was given a chance to star in different teleserye like in the 2010 series Agua Bendita.
Xyriel Manabat took a break in 2015 after appearing in Maja Salvador’s series Wildflower. She focused on her studies and graduated high school in 2020. Last year, she had her showbiz comeback and became part of the series Dirty Linen.
Andrea Brillantes is a Goin’ Bulilit alumna. The kiddie gag show featured former child stars who are big names now in the entertainment industry. As a Kapamilya, Andrea did different shows and movies and not just teleseryes. Among her remarkable acting projects was the series Kadenang Ginto with Francine Diaz.
Just recently, a netizen made a comparison between Xyriel and Andrea. Xyriel shared her photo flaunting her curves and a netizen commented, “Andrea Brillantes is hotter,” based on the article in Inquirer.
“Agree 100%” Xyriel replied to the netizen. However, other netizens also commended Xyriel’s physical appearance. “No comparison please. They are both hot and beautiful,” a netizen commented.
This was not the only negative comment that Xyriel Manabat got from her bashers. Another netizen criticized her because of her cosmetic enhancement. The netizen accused her of having several surgical procedures. Xyriel stressed that it was just a nose job.
