Will Korina Sanchez become the host of this TV5 show?
Rumor has it that veteran broadcaster Korina Sanchez might replace Queen Mother Karla Estrada as the host of Face 2 Face.
Aside from being one of the most prominent personalities in the world of news and current affairs, Korina is also a well-known TV host. She has been hosting her magazine for many years already.
A recent rumor surfaced that Korina might be the new host of the TV show known as the barangay hall on-air.
Based on the article in PEP, if changes do not happen, Korina Sanchez might start hosting Face 2 Face this October.
It was said that there had been talks that Karla Estrada would run in the 2025 elections and with this, she needed to leave the show. The Commission On Elections (Comelec) will start accepting certificates of candidacy or COC from October 1 to 8.
Reportedly, a source revealed that it was Wil To Win host Willie Revillame who suggested to TV5 management to get Korina as Karla’s replacement. It was said that the Kapatid did not have a hard time choosing Korina because of her track record as a host of her show Rated Korina.
Based on the article, no one opposed Korina would be the show’s new host because of her credibility as she will bring new flavor to it. She is also being commended for her wide knowledge when it comes to different issues.
Meanwhile, Korina Sanchez asked for the National Bureau of Investigation’s help just recently. It was because of an impostor who was using her identity in order to solicit money from other people.
The veteran broadcaster stressed that she would just call people randomly and ask for their money. “THIS IS NOT ME. Do not respond. Do not give,” she warned the public.
