Senate President Chiz Escudero had a previous health scare and his wife Heart Evangelista has these realizations.
All is well with Senate President Chiz Escudero three months after reports about him being hospitalized emerged online. The reason behind the emergency was not disclosed but he is okay now and was even assigned to be senate president.
Several rumors behind the hospitalization of Escudero emerged. Some said he had a heart attack while some said he had stroke. There were also those who claimed that he was airlifted from Sorsogon to St. Luke’s Hospital.
Months after that, Heart spoke about this incident in their lives – a health scare – which made her realize a lot of things.
In an interview, Boy Abunda asked her if how is her husband now and according to her, he is “super good”. She admitted that he had an episode, a health scare, which served as their wake-up call about how important health is.
“And now he’s doing very, very good, everything perfect—and I make sure perfect,” she said. However, she did not reveal the specific reason of this “scary episode”. Just like the previous talks about her husband’s health, she gets emotional in this recent one. She’s rather die first than suffer the loss of her husband.
She became vocal admitting that she can’t really take it if something happens to her husband. In this cruel and mean world, she would not know what to do without him as he is his everything.
As for her husband’s current position as the senate president, she can say that it’s a tough job. It’s also tough for her as a wife as she doesn’t know what to do but she has trust in her intuition and her heart. She knows that she will do her best.
Meanwhile, Heart just renewed her contract with GMA. It was one of her biggest contracts and she is grateful for the opportunity.
