Ruru Madrid hopes to do more projects like Black Rider
Kapuso actor Ruru Madrid shared that his journey as the Black Rider is the best feeling ever.
Ruru has done many TV projects already. His most recent series is about a man hiding behind a rider’s identity to help people in need. He played the lead male character Elias in the said Kapuso series.
In a recent interview, based on the article in GMA Entertainment, Ruru said that he is proud of his top-rating series.
The actor shared that he has learned a lot from his experience in doing Black Rider, as well as, realizations that he can use in his next project.
“Ang Black Rider journey ko, masasabi ko, it’s the best feeling ever. Ito ‘yung pangarap ko na alam kong binubuhay ko ‘yung pangarap ko ngayon,” Ruru Madrid said, adding that he is living his dream right now.
The Kapuso star revealed that since he was a young boy, it has been his dream to become an action star. He is thankful to be given the chance to be in an action-packed primetime series.
Ruru is hoping that more of this kind will come along his way in the future. He said that it gives a happy feeling to him knowing that there are people who are inspired by this kind of project. The actor also said that he is happy to meet new friends by doing this series.
In Black Rider‘s last week, Elias will face his greatest enemy Calvin, played by Jon Lucas, after he kidnapped Vanessa, played by Yassi Pressman. It is airing at 8:00 p.m. on weekdays on GMA Prime.
The series received a Bronze Medal in the Entertainment Program under the Drama category at the New York Festivals TV & Film (NYF) Awards.
