Kapuso actress Nadine Samonte moves on from what happened at GMA Gala 2024 and here’s her statement about it.
The “snubbing” incident at GMA Gala 2024 towards its homegrown talent Nadine Samonte became a trending topic online. According to the hairstylist, Nadine was invited at the gala but was not on the guest list.
Samonte’s talent made this revelation and slammed the GMA and the Sparkle for this kind of treatment given to their artist.
In a previous article, Nadine broke her silence about the gala issue and according to her, she felt bad over the shabby treatment she received. Her name was lost from the guest list, she was seated in an extra seat without the name, and she was put in an area near the exit.
She did not finish the program and went to her hotel room early. After some time of suppressing her feelings, her real emotions poured over when she came back. She cried and after airing her sentiments and frustrations over what happened, she is now ready to move on.
The actress doesn’t have any ill feelings towards her network and its talent arm. She is grateful for the love and support she received but she wanted to end the buzz now about the issue.
“I would like to move on and look at the brighter side of life,” she said. She thanked the Sparkle for looking into the matter and the GMA for reaching out to her.
Samonted also clarified that she doesn’t have “sama ng loob” to the network. She is always humbled and grateful the big part of GMA of who she is now as an actress.
