“Due to the expected heavy rains, classes on July 23, 2024, in all levels in the City of San Juan, both public and private, are hereby suspended for the safety of everyone!” said San Juan Mayor Francis Zamora.

  • Cavite: All levels, both public and private schools
  • Pampanga: Face-to-face classes for all levels in both public and private schools
  • Angeles City, Pampanga: All levels, private schools only

“Sa bisa ng Executive Order No. 14 – 2024, iniutos ni Pampanga Governor Dennis Pineda ang suspension ng face to face classes ng mga estudyante sa lahat ng antas sa mga pampubliko at pampribadong paaralan sa Lalawigan ng Pampanga bukas, July 23, 2024,” the provincial government of Pampanga said.

De La Salle University Manila has shifted to online classes and work from home for its staff and students.

Batangas has also suspended classes for all levels, both public and private, in observance of Mabini Day.
