Following the revelation from her hairstylist, actress Nadine Samonte speaks about the GMA Gala 2024 experience that made her cry.
Invited but no seat assignment? One of the homegrown talents of the GMA network is Nadine Samonte who was discovered through Star Struck. She got an invitation to attend this year’s gala of the network but something unpleasant happened.
Based on a previous article, Samonte’s stylist, Miss Keith slammed GMA. The stylist claimed that the actress was invited but did not give her a seat which made her leave the event early. Miss Keith stressed that what happened was such an unfair treatment to the actress who is loyal to the network.
In a post, Samonte graced the show with her Aubrey Hepburn-inspired look and her hairstylist was in rage as she narrated what happened and expressed what she felt about it. The netizens were able to point out who the artist was in her post because she was the only one Miss Keith styled on that evening.
Speaking about this, Samonte responded to PEP when they reached out to her and she revealed what happened that night.
It can be seen that she really spend a huge sum of money for this night. She paid for her gown and team and everything to create a valuable night but it all went down the drain when she arrived at the venue.
She confirmed that she received an invitation and this time around, she really prepared for this. When she went down to the event, she received something unpleasant and that was about her name being not on the guest list.
Since she was not on the guest list, this also means that she doesn’t have a seat assignment and this is based on the rules of the gala.
She was able to enter the venue but was situated at the end seats – the seats that have no name cards. She was saddened by how everything turned out after everything she did to prepare for this.
Samonte was told that her name was gone from the list which made her wonder why and added, “Yung table ko, dulo talaga siya na daanan na ng mga lumalabas.”
Those who have seen her were asking her if she’s okay since she was seated in an area near the exit. With these that occurred, she was not able to finish the program and left early.
