Actor-director Xian Lim addresses in an interview the false accusations thrown at him regarding his split with actress Kim Chiu.
The highly-publicized split of celebrities Kim Chiu and Xian Lim was already put to rest but in the past few months, the actor frequently talked about this during interviews. The actress talked about this one time only when she confirmed the split in a statement.
However, the actor carried out more revelations.
Xian revealed Kim initiated the split by saying that he was not the one who initiated it. He has revealed more details about this split which pushed Kim to express in an interview her hope for this story to be put to rest. She’d like the talks about this to stop for respect.
However, in an interview with Nelson Canlas recently uploaded by GMA, the actor-director talked about the split again. The 12 years they shared were beautiful that when it ended, it was painful.
He acknowledged that it was also painful to their fans but what he knows is that he doesn’t deserve the lies and false accusations based on the interview.
A lot of stories have emerged regarding the split. He can accept it if people online would say bad things about him but what he cannot tolerate was his family being dragged into this.
He also expressed that there’s no need to recall who fell short as the split happened just like any other relationship. The only difference is that they are public figures and the confirmation came straight from them.
In a previous article, Xian claimed that he’s still friends with Kim. After all, their separation was a mutual decision. They are friends but since their separation, they have not talked yet.
He is currently in a relationship with Iris Lee and they are happy.
