The ITCZ will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Palawan. The easterlies will bring similar weather over Caraga and Davao Region.

Possible flash floods or landslides are expected in these areas due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

The easterlies will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Cagayan Valley, Aurora, Quezon, Bicol Region, and Eastern Visayas.

Fair weather is expected over the rest of Luzon but thunderstorms are expected in the afternoon or evening.

Flash floods or landslides are possible during severe thunderstorms.

The localized thunderstorms will bring similar weather conditions over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

Meanwhile, the coastal water condition throughout the country will be slight to moderate, according to PAGASA. The weather agency also reported that no weather disturbance is being monitored in and around the Philippine area of responsibility.
