The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) says Alice Guo and Guo Hua Ping fingerprints match.
The fingerprints of Mayor Alice Guo and Guo Hua Ping matched confirmed by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).
The citizenship of Bamban Mayor Alice Guo is in limbo. She is under investigation for a time now and what made everything about her doubtful is that she cannot remember most of her childhood years and she could present any legal documents to her claims about being a Filipino.
The suspended Mayor of Bamban is also being investigated for her alleged links to the alleged illegal activities of Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (Pogos) in the country.
Senator Gatchalian previous found out about Guo Hua Ping. The senator asked if this is her real name. In the document he obtained, Guo Hua Ping entered the Philippines on January 12, 2003. The documents he has were provided by the Board of Investments from the Guo family’s application for a Special Investor’s Resident Visa (SIRV) and the Bureau of Immigration.
Guo Hua Ping is a Chinese passport-holder.
Senator Hontiveros has asked the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to compare the fingerprints of the Bamban Mayor and Guo Hua Ping. According to the result, the results match. The fingerprints of Bamban Mayor and Guo Hua Ping matched.
This confirmation as an evidence can possibly remove Guo from her position.
“This confirms what I have suspected all along. ‘Mayor Alice,’ or should I say, Guo Hua Ping, is a fake Filipino,” Hontiveros said who also added, “She is a Chinese national masquerading as a Filipino citizen to facilitate crimes being committed by POGO.”

Hontiveros also called out the suspended Mayor for missing today’s Senate hearing regarding the raided POGO hubs in Bamban, Tarlac, and Porac, Pampanga.
“Mayor Alice, or should I say, Guo Hua Ping, if you do not honor the subpoena, I will cite you in contempt. Pinaglalaruan n’yo ang batas, pinaglalaruan n’yo ang mga Pilipino,” Hontiveros expressed.
