The monsoon will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Palawan. The easterlies will bring similar weather conditions over Eastern Visayas, Surigao del Norte, and Dinagat Islands.

Flash floods or landslides are possible in these areas due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

The Southwest Monsoon will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Metro Manila, Cavite, Batangas, Zambales, Bataan, and Occidental Mindoro.

The localized thunderstorms will bring similar weather conditions over the rest of the country. Possible flash floods or landslides are expected during severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the coastal water condition throughout the country will be slight to moderate. No gale warning was raised in any of the country’s seaboards, according to PAGASA.
