Recently, Ena Fabe, a TikTok user from Oroquieta City, Misamis Occidental, shared a video that featured her uncle, Domingo Fernandez Madrona, playfully placing a leaf atop his head during their annual family reunion photoshoot. The post quickly gained attention online, spreading good vibes and sparking various reactions from netizens.
âWe were having our photoshoot for our annual reunionâĤ and the leaf was supposed to be a cover sa mga hindi nakasuot ng green,â Fabe explained.
According to Fabe, the leaf originally served as a joke. Since the family had decided on green for the yearâs photo shoot, a few relatives forgot to wear the right color. Fabe explained that the leaf was meant to cover up the non-green shirts.
âGreen was our color this year, and some family members did not get the memo, so my uncles thought it would be too funny to pick a leaf from the school ground,â she said.
Domingo decided to add a touch of humor by placing the leaf on his head. Fabe shared that her uncleâs actions were in line with his usual funny and easy-going personality. She mentioned that her uncles are always the life of the party whenever they get together, letting loose and having fun with each other just once a year during their reunion.
âAll of my uncles actually are very funny when they are together; they let loose âpag magkakasama sila, just once out of the whole year to be truly themselves,â she added.
