Initially, he and his companions went there looking for a dash cam. However, they were quickly approached by staff who guided them to their service area and started offering additional services.

The staff recommended different services to enhance the car’s performance, including an upgrade to make the car ride smoother over bumps. They were warned about the supposed dangers of not replacing certain parts, particularly the tie rod, which was allegedly in poor condition.

The mechanics showed Cayabyab a video claiming that a previous customer had refused the recommended repairs and ended up in an accident. This pressure convinced Cayabyab to agree to the additional services.

Initially, they were quoted P3,500 for the services. However, as the work progressed, the bill rises, eventually reaching P35,000 leaving Cayabyab and his companions feeling deceived and frustrated.
