Elisse Joson Pens Sweet Message for McCoy de Leon — “He Is Our Strength”
ELISSE JOSON – The actress took to social media a heartfelt tribute and message for her partner, actor McCoy de Leon.
Among the celebrities who found the love of their life in the Philippine entertainment industry are McCoy de Leon and Elisse Joson who found each other and now have their little family. They have a three-year-old daughter named Felize McKenzie.
McCoy is a former housemate of the Pinoy Big Brother. He and Elisse became close to each other during his PBB stint. She was a celebrity housemate of the Pinoy Big Brother 7 and she became part of the Dream Team.
Even after their PBB stints have ended, McCoy and Elisse’s closeness continued to go deeper and blossomed into a wonderful romantic relationship. However, considering that they are both celebrities, it is also not much of a secret to the public that there were instances when they parted ways. Elisse previously admitted hurting McCoy “really bad”.
Meanwhile, the real love between McCoy de Leon and Elisse Joson led them back to each other’s arms. In April 2021, the actress gave birth to their first baby who they named Felize McKenzie. She has grown into a beautiful and loving kid who is definitely a daddy’s girl.
Recently, on Instagram, Elisse Joson posted a heartfelt tribute for McCoy de Leon. In her lengthy message for the father of her daughter, the actress cited the good qualities and the journey that he is taking as a young father and family man.
According to Elisse, not everyone will understand how good he is as a person, how soft he is as a man, and how he managed to be a father at a young age. She also cited the efforts of her boyfriend in doing his best to be her partner and working hard to provide for their family.
Despite having his own family now, Elisse stated that McCoy manages to do his best as a brother and as a son as well “all at the same time”. According to the actress, not everyone sees how he joins her in the things she loves to do, how he protects her, and how he teaches her to be better.
In her post, Elisse Joson asked other people not to label him in a category. She stressed that McCoy de Leon is worthy of being known for himself as a whole and “not whatever you see him as”.
The actress stressed McCoy is just a human being but for her and Felize, he is their strength, their family, and what Felize has. He also left a heartfelt message for her partner:
“Mccoy ko, These pictures are not enough. But I hope these moments remind u that for the people that matter.. we see u, we hear u, we appreciate u.“
